The light emitting diode, briefly LED, is a product of the semiconductor industry. If river flows by the diode, then light becomes, infrared radiation or also ultraviolet radiation produces dependent on the semiconductor materials as well as on the wave length. The idea of the LED is old, but the research and development of the semiconductor technology have primary been developed in the last Years. Today, LEDs are efficient and economical interesting – in the private and the commercial area in equal measure.
